The blinds were great and the customer service was good, just took too long to arrive but this I was told to the amount of orders. Would recommend.

Haven't received my blinds, order status still says processing, apparently it only takes between 1 and 3 days to process an order I've been waiting over 2 weeks. I've sent numerous emails only had 1...

I have investigated your claims which you left in your review and I now believe that you have your blinds, albeit we are now remaking one of your headrails. We have fallen short of our usual service level and can only apologise for this. I am pleased to read in your email however that your are very happy with the product you received.

A little delay in delivery which obviously makes customers frustrated. Blinds are good quality and easy to install. Was a slight problem with one of my blinds but it was very quickly resolved. Customer service is very good, I will definitely be using again and will recommend to everyone Thank you
