Good morning, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We can see that your order was received and there was a stock replenishment delay from our supplier, you were notified of this via email 19th April. We can see the supplier advised a further delay with stock replenishment and the new dispatch date is 29th May, notification of the new date was sent to you via email 07th May. We appreciate the stock delays can be frustrating we therefore have gave the option to reselect an alternative fabric/colour, you have chose to wait until 29th for dispatch. Hi Anne-Marie, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear of the error that you made on your order and for the subsequent inconvenience and disappointment. We do not have the facility to monitor each individual order due to the volume we receive through our website on a daily basis, we therefore send confirmation of the order for customer to review before production commences. Each window measurement is bespoke and you do get windows in a vast range of sizes, this particular product has a minimum drop size available which is 40cm and therefore a 10cm drop would not allow you to proceed on the website. We can offer a 10% discount of the cost of replacement slats to the correct droop size should you wish to reorder correctly. Kind regards, Unbeatable Blinds.
