by answering emails and replying to a recent phone call as promised, also sending the items on next day delivery when that is what i paid for not 5 days later.
When I placed my order, I didn't get a confirmation email. I had a feeling it hadn't gone through, but to be fair, I didn't chase it up either.

The UV filter is in pristine condition and fits my camera perfectly. It was delivered promptly and was well packaged. Fitted through my letterbox so I didn’t have to stay in.
