When you placed the reservation online, the theater will receive a notice of your order. This particular theater will then assign your row as best available at the time of purchase.

You can contact our customer service department 24 hours after your purchase has been made to inquire about your seat location. Our agent will contact the venue directly for seat numbers. Some venues do not assign seats as they are first come, first serve.

Since we are a third party booking site, we are not currently able to offer the Magic Experience with advance fast pass planning. This feature is currently only available for guest’s that purchase Disney tickets with resort directly at the gate price. We do not advertise this option on our website but offer information in the FAQ’s section on how the fast pass features works for our tickets.
