I apologize that our product reached you in a less than perfect condition, please be assured that all of our products are thoroughly checked before they leave our warehouse and it is disappointing to learn that in this instance, the fault was missed. I understand that you do now require the suitcases to travel with so you wouldn't have time for us to check the cases and swap them again for you. I have made a note on your order to say that you queried that the wheels weren't level before you used them in case you would like to take them to your local Debenhams store for them to take a look at for you. We have sold this particular suitcase for a long time and we have had no other complaints of this type so I am confidant that your cases will be fine but you do of course have your 5 year manufacturing guarantee in the unlikely event of any issues in the future. Please let me know if you would like us to take another look at your cases and I will arrange this with your nearest Debenhams store. Good Morning, Thank you for your feedback. I wasn't previously aware of any issues regarding the smell for this particular product which we have stocked for quite a while so I do apologize. If you could possibly provide me with the PO number which is located on the label attached to the lining of the case then I will check with our product team if there has been a problem with that batch. If you do wish to swap the case then please let me know, I can either arrange for you to take it into a Debenhams store or we can arrange a courier collection for you.
