Good Afternoon, Thank you for your feedback. From looking at your tracking information on the Yodel website I can see that there was some initial problems with locating your address so we did contact you for some additional instructions which were passed on. Unfortunately the courier was unable to deliver to you as promised on 2 more occasions. I sincerely apologize for this, I have made complained to the courier and asked for the reason for this failure. Please be assured that the vast majority of our deliveries are made with no issues at all, and it is only a very small percentage of deliveries that we have issues with. I'm just sorry on this occasion that it was your parcel. We do take all complaints of this nature seriously and appreciate any feedback given to ensure that we are providing the best possible service. I understand that you no longer wish to keep the case as you have replaced it. Please email me if you would like us to book a collection, alternatively if it is convenient you can take it to any Debenhams store with a Tripp concession for a refund.
