Sometimes we are able to do this if the item you wish to swap it for is the same price and if the item hasn't been dispatched. If the item had already been dispatched then unfortunately we would have been unable to change the item in your order. If we are able to catch your order before it is shipped we can either change the item or cancel it completely so you can reorder. I'm sorry that this was not possible in your case.
