Good Afternoon, Thank you for your email. I'm so sorry that the couriers delivered on a day that you were not available. We can pass on messages to the couriers but we cannot guarantee that the request will be carried out as the message may not get to them in time. Once the item is dispatched from us, it will usually be delivered the next working day and we unfortunately do not have the power to stop this initial delivery however we can request a delivery on a subsequent day. Our couriers will usually try to deliver to a neighbouring house or leave the parcel in a safe place if there is no one available to ensure that the delivery is made in a timely manner. I understand that this is not always convenient for everyone but the couriers do have to use their discretion to get as many of the parcels safely delivered as possible.
