Good afternoon, Mr. Hassan, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and sincerely apologise for the frustration caused by the long waiting times and the difficulties you encountered when trying to amend your booking. Please note that any flight amendment charges are determined by the airline's fare rules, seat availability, and the fare difference applicable at the time the change is requested. As these factors can change throughout the day, the cost of making amendments may also vary. Refund eligibility is also governed by the fare conditions attached to the ticket. If you feel your case requires further review, please email us at admin@travelup.com with your booking reference and full details. Our team will be happy to investigate your concerns and provide any clarification available. Thank you for your feedback. It will be shared with the relevant teams as we continue working to improve our customer service. Regards, TravelUp
