„Trafalgar“ apžvalgos

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are pleased to read that the itinerary met your expectations but are sorry to learn that the coach seating arrangements affected your comfort and enjoyment during the journey. We understand your frustration regarding the group size and the limited space available on the coach. We appreciate that travelling with a group of 43 or 44 guests can make the journey feel crowded, with less flexibility and personal space than you may have anticipated. We are particularly sorry about the window restrictions affecting the seats on the right-hand side of the coach. We recognise that being able to enjoy the scenery is an important part of a touring holiday, especially during longer journeys. Having only a very limited view, which could be further obstructed when the passenger in front reclined their seat, would understandably have been disappointing. We appreciate your explanation regarding the positioning of the mid coach steps and how this appears to have affected the available space in that seating area. We understand that, when booking a coach tour, you naturally expect to have a reasonable view through the window, and we regret that this was not the case for you during the six-hour journey. Your comments regarding the coach configuration, seating layout and overall comfort will be shared with the relevant teams for review and consideration. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We value your feedback and are sorry that this aspect of your journey fell short of the comfort and experience you have come to expect when travelling with us.

Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback following your recent Trafalgar tour. We are pleased to read that you thoroughly enjoyed the excursions and that the meals, particularly those included during the excursions and group dinners, were among the highlights of your journey. It is especially encouraging to know that having travelled with Trafalgar previously, you continue to appreciate the experiences offered. Your suggestion to maintain a choice of dining options for guests is also appreciated. We are, however, sorry to read about the areas where you feel improvements are needed. We understand that having sufficient opportunities for comfort breaks is important, particularly during busy sightseeing days. We appreciate your comments regarding the limited access to facilities between stops and recognise that guests should have reasonable opportunities to use restroom facilities throughout the journey. Your suggestion to incorporate additional comfort breaks will be shared with the relevant teams for consideration. We are particularly concerned to read about your experience with the return airport transfer. We understand your frustration, especially as transfers were included in your travel package and you reasonably expected this arrangement to be honoured. We are sorry that there was confusion surrounding the cancellation of the second transfer and that you had to clarify your included arrangements before assistance was provided. We also regret that the alternative transport arranged did not provide adequate space for your party and luggage. Having to travel for approximately an hour in such cramped and uncomfortable conditions, particularly at the end of your holiday, is certainly not the experience we would want our guests to have. Your comments regarding the handling of the transfer arrangements and the communication you received will be shared with the appropriate teams for further review. We are also pleased to note that you enjoyed the overall itinerary, while appreciating your suggestion to allow more time at certain museums. We understand that these cultural visits are an important part of the experience and that additional time would have allowed you to explore the exhibits at a more comfortable pace. Thank you again for your continued support of Trafalgar and for providing such constructive feedback. We are grateful for your recognition of the aspects you enjoyed, as well as your suggestions for improvement. Your comments are valuable in helping us continually review and enhance the experiences we provide to our guests.

Thank you for being our guest and travelling with Trafalgar.

Thank you for choosing Trafalgar for your travel experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We are pleased to read that, overall, you enjoyed the tour, the company of your fellow travellers and the care provided by the local safari team. We also appreciate your recommendation, while recognising the reservations you have shared. We are sorry to read about the communication issues you experienced before and during your trip. We understand how disappointing it must have been for the promised pretravel information not to reach your group, particularly regarding accommodation changes, specific instructions and the arrangements for Optional Experiences. Receiving accurate and timely information is an important part of feeling prepared and confident before travelling. We also regret the confusion caused by changes to your overnight accommodation that were not communicated to the group. We appreciate how frustrating it can be to discover that the itinerary you received does not reflect the arrangements in place. Your experience with the airport transportation following your extension is also concerning. We understand your frustration at being unable to receive assistance once your trip had begun and subsequently having to pay for transportation that you understood to be included. We are sorry that this situation left you feeling unsupported, particularly after you had contacted us for assistance. We also acknowledge your comments regarding the additional costs during the trip. We understand that, when guests have already made a significant investment in their holiday, unexpected or frequent additional expenses can affect their overall perception of value. Your feedback regarding Optional Experiences and other costs will be shared with the relevant teams. It is encouraging to read that the itinerary itself and the relationships you built with your fellow travellers contributed positively to your experience. We are also pleased to read your kind comments about the Somak Safaris team and the patience, knowledge and care they demonstrated throughout your journey. Thank you again for bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback is valuable in helping us identify where communication, pre travel information and on tour support can be improved, and we are sorry that these shortcomings affected your confidence in Trafalgar.
