„Trafalgar“ apžvalgos

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate your kind comments about the Travel Director and Coach Driver and are pleased that their support and consideration were highlights of your trip. We are sorry that the sightseeing did not meet your expectations, particularly as you anticipated visiting the monuments and cathedrals listed in the itinerary. We understand how disappointing it must have been to discover that some visits involved viewing these landmarks from the outside rather than exploring their interiors. We also recognise your concerns about the additional costs of Optional Experiences and appreciate that the overall expense was considerably higher than you had expected. We are particularly sorry to read that you became unwell during the tour and missed much of your time in Venice, with your illness affecting the remainder of your trip. We understand your concerns about the lack of precautions taken when another guest was visibly unwell and recognise the importance of considering the wellbeing of everyone travelling in the group. We also acknowledge your disappointment that the Tivoli Gardens excursion was cancelled due to insufficient interest. Your feedback regarding sightseeing expectations, additional costs, health precautions and the cancellation of Optional Experiences will be shared with the relevant teams for review. Thank you again for sharing your experience. We regret that these issues affected your enjoyment of the trip, despite the positive service you received from your Travel Director and Coach Driver.
