Sent for two pairs of shoes. Received one different pair to what had been ordered. Actually liked the pair sent in error so kept them. Initial impression of the shoes is favourable but due to initial order error will wait a little while to see what they are like over a longer period. I did not receive the Black oxfords I ordered which are what are on the the invoice / receipt coded BV65 but actually received a pair of black Richmonds code BV66 in the brochure.
