Thanks for your great comments :-) We own all of our stock and keep it all on site, so we can send things out quickly for each and every customer. A lot of other internet sites don't actually own the stock that they sell - they buy it on demand from the suppliers - and this causes delays in delivery. We, however, can send items out next day because we only sell what we physically have in our warehouse. Regards Lisa

I am not quite sure what you mean when you say that VAT was added at the end of the process. It isn't. The price that you see on the website pages is the price that you pay at the checkout. However at the checkout stage we are obliged by law to split out the VAT from the non VAT price. All we do is split the one figure down into its two parts. We do not add VAT on right at the end. I will send a personal email to explain in more detail but I promise that we have not added VAT at the end. Regards Lisa
