Fast delivery, fine ties, better packaging suggested to avoid wrinkles

I'm fully content and satisfied by the fast delivery of these fine worked ties. When more than 3 ties are mailed, i suggest a slightly more careful and gentle packaging in order to avoid wrinkles.

Hi there!

Thanks for taking your time to give us feedback, it's very valuable to us to get a piece of our customers' minds like this. The issue of packaging is very much connected to delivery - our customers seem to value fast/smooth delivery more than any other issue, so we've chosen a packaging that will enable as many packages as possible to go straight into the mailbox. The downside of that naturally being that the ties may get slightly disheveled. Luckily, ironing at 30 degrees Celsius is possible, and that usually resolves any wrinkles.

Having said that, we'll definitely keep your remarks in mind in the future when we consider delivery/packaging options

Sehr schöne Qualität, entspricht auch farblich der homepage.

Ich würde wieder bestellen. Allerdings dauerte die Lieferzeit etwas lange (14 Tage) Artikel genau wie beschrieben, schöne Qualität!
