I had to make 4 phone calls before Tick would email me a claim form . So unperfesional to say the least .

I found it easier to do it on line as the call centre was very unhelpful
So far I am very pleased, but we have not yet commenced our trip.
I also booked for my daughter and granddaughter at the same time.
We leave for Hawaii on the 3/22/16. But I think I used this...
