She spelt information incorrectly which shows she does not double check her input, especially when I would have spelt it out phonetically, if not, she should have double check, now I have to call...

Bad customer experience, she was not attentive and really did not give a lot of information. Especially on a product that is detailed. You guys need to invest more into product knowledge and training so information can be detailed, understandable and clear.
