I observed one of the members of staff being verbally abused, which I found appalling. She dealt with the customer calmly and politely. I am not sure if I would have been able to respond in that...

Staff in both Farnham and Winchester stores were extremely helpful in locating an item I wanted to purchase.
No greeting and no initial approach. Staff were stood to the back of the store chatting the entire time instore and took several minutes to get service at the till.

I was unsure what products I wanted to buy as a gift the shop assistant guided me through all the options available to me in the sale items and I am very pleaded with all the products I bought
