Thank you for taking the trouble to give us your feedback. I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed your break in Seville and that you were well looked after by our suppliers Castaways. As part tour operator part travel agency, there are certain parts of the world where we do not operate our own holidays but instead work with tried and tested UK suppliers. However, it is still our responsibility to create itineraries, recommend hotels and choose which of our suppliers are the best fit for you. Although this is made clear in email correspondence as well as on confirmation invoices and final documentation, it should also have been communicated to you during the booking process. That said, I am very disappointed that the service you received from my team here fell short of our usually high standards. I realise that your file changed hands after the booking had been confirmed, but such changes should be seamless and I can only apologise for the issues this caused and for the lack of regular contact with you in the lead up to the holiday. Although we do not have an encrypted email facility, our network here has multi-layer protection and is regularly checked to ensure that all incoming and outgoing electronic communication is as secure as possible.
