Dear Mr Milne, Thank you for taking the trouble to review your recent holiday with us. While it was a complex and fast moving itinerary covering no less than 5 countries in 25 days, I am sorry to hear that there was an occasional breakdown in communication. In each of these countries, we have been working closely with the same local suppliers for years and have forged excellent relationships, and so we take any such issues very seriously. To be fair, the issue with the schedule change to your Chichen Itza visit, which our local supplier had made with the best intentions, was resolved quickly and efficiently. And as you had little time in Belize City, it would have been very difficult to fit in more than the drive around the city and the visit to the Howler Monkey sanctuary we did organise for you. However, I do accept that clearer instruction should have been given to you with regard to the services we provided in Antigua, Cusco and Macchu Picchu. Please accept our apologies for this and also for the misinformation about the caves on Easter Island. Thank you again. Dear Mr Payne, Very disappointed to read your feedback, although I am pleased that Marie-Therese and Douglas were as always excellent. This is far from the standard of service that we have come to expect from Amadeus after several very successful previous cruises. I will be conducting a full investigation.
