Left at STT & Tortola ferry with no ride, boat not ready, captian poor

Although we paid for transfers we never got picked up at STT or in Tortola. We were forced to take a cab from both places. The boat wasn't ready at noon, we waited for 3 hours. The team at the marina...

Good service from the technical dept. They assisted us within a few hours of both our calls. Front desk staff was very nice. They could use assistance to get the stuff customers were asking for...
