Hello, Good MorningThank you for your review - noting from the order details - the quad was purchased on the 27th of October - I can see you contacted us on the 4th of January explaining the pull start had snapped. As you can see from the product page under the warranty terms - pull starts are not covered under the parts warranty as they are classed as consumable items - we did however dispatch this to you as a gesture of goodwill - unfortunately it would seem that the part may have got lost in the post during the 3rd national lockdown as you contacted us again on the 27th of May to say this item had never arrived - we have therefore arranged dispatch of another pull start for you and this will be sent out shortly for you, bearing in mind this is 7 months from the initial order and the mini quads are covered only by a 30 days manufacturers defect parts warranty as clearly explained on the product page alongside parts not covered under this warranty. Also explained on the product page is the following advise to customers looking to purchase petrol products: Maintenance: Mini quads such as these require very frequent servicing + maintenance and common parts will often require replacement. Please do not purchase this item unless you are capable of maintaining the vehicle to a high standard.
Finally in regards to the issue you have raised - cutting out we have emailed the following steps to try and resolve this common issue with 2 stroke engines, it is also worth mentioning the oil used should be motor cycle oil and not cheap chainsaw oil.
