Ordered same time as something else paid for next day delivery and Hermes failed on there part arrived a day later than it should of done. Thankfully wasn't a gift or needed urgently.

I ordered on the 1st of March and today is 10 March but I still haven’t received my parcel. It’s for my wife’s birthday and I’m panicking that it will get here after her birthday
