Normally very good however my order took over fifteen days to deliver and was literally delivered the morning before I was to instruct my bank to retract the payment under the consumer rights act....
There was a couple of weeks delay between ordering and the parcel being dispatched during which time I heard nothing from you. My parcel was only sent when I emailed to enquire about the delay
The service of the f1 store is perfect but is hugely let down by Hermes who have still not delivered my package and have said twice on tracking that nobody was in, when my whole family are home.
