We are sorry you had a bad experience putting the BBQ together, thank you for your comments we have sent these directly to OUTBACK.
Wrong unit supplied, a phone call sorted it out and meant the weong one was collected and the right one supplied next day. Would have been better if the right one had been supplied first time.
