Did not send the product I ordered, they sent different model, if they would have notified me of the switch I would have canceled the order!

Hi Richard, we are very sorry that you are not happy with the machine we sent. We do however mention in the description of that model that 'In the event that this product is not available, we will replace this unit with a like for like model'. The model we sent was indeed a superior model to the one you ordered. If you are still unhappy please feel free to return the model to us.

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with the PALS branded sensitive electrodes. We are aware that they are made very sticky. Please note if returning any electrodes for a refund, the packets must not have been opened.

Hi, The PALS products are manufactured by Axelgaard not Body Clock. Please can you return the electrodes to us and we can arrange a credit for you. In the meantime, we do have other branded sensitive electrodes if you are not happy with the PALS version. We currently stock AdvanTrode Elite and the Superior Silver however this one is only available in the large rectangle shape. Both versions are in stock and available on our website.

From what I can see on your account, you were charge one postage fee which was a tracked service so the price charged was correct. Is there something I am missing? Great TENS, the Smart TENS

Quick and easy to buy. I have tried multiple TENS units and this us the best. This is a backup TENS as I already gave a Smart TENS and don't want to be without, just in case.
