Hi Frances, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that certain aspects of your trip did not meet your expectations, and we'd like to address some of the points you raised in hopes of providing clarification. Regarding the pricing issue, we sincerely apologize for the confusion. You were accidentally sent an agency invoice that included internal details not intended for clients. As soon as we realized this, we explained the situation and provided a $200 discount on your trip in hopes of remedying the mistake. As for the flight and hotel, we want to clarify that we worked closely with you throughout the planning process. You had the option to book an earlier flight to arrive a day ahead of the group for some extra time, but ultimately you opted to arrive with the group to avoid the additional cost of a separate airport transfer. Per your request, we still booked the extra hotel night so you could check in early. Fortunately, the hotel allowed all guests, including you, to check in early, though this was unplanned and beyond our control. We also reached out to CIE, the tour company, on your behalf to explore the possibility of a refund for the pre-night, but unfortunately, they were unable to offer one. We communicated this to you at the time and understand this can be frustrating, but we did everything we could to assist. Regarding the final excursion, we understand your disappointment. While this excursion is not part of our package and is typically booked directly through CIE, our goal is always to ensure all details are communicated clearly. We're sorry this information wasn’t as clear as it should have been, and we will certainly take this into account for future travelers to improve their experience. Once again, we regret that your experience wasn’t everything you hoped for, but we do hope you were able to enjoy your trip overall. If you have any further concerns, we’d be happy to discuss them.
