Great product. Easy to set up and a fantastic picture. Really pleased. It's a huge TV (replacing a trusted 65" plasma). But I have not been disappointed. Just great.
Could not finish tv set up, tv would not pair with the remote control that came with the tv. Having spent hours on phone with various support from TCL, all they could suggest was return to suppliers
After 6 weeks of purchasing this brand new fridge freezer, it is faulty. Making extremely loud fan/motor noises and not holding temperature. Customer service is shocking. Made to wait nearly 2 weeks...
Although the instructions are not the best, when you’ve finally set it up you will enjoy it. It’s very light compared its other makes. And for the cost your getting a good quality television
