Not impressed

Driver was great but a rip off in terms of cost. Had booked a van and paid extra for that but ended up with a car. Was difficult to fit our luggage. Not impressed

We completely understand how frustrating this was for you and that you were expecting the service you paid for. Since we consider that you did not experience our real services, please note that we have already activated the refund for the 23 € difference of the price from a normal sedan car to a minivan. You will receive the amount back at your VISA account within 4 business days. Very good service

We booked really late but they were able to fulfil our booking which was for our daughter travelling alone. It gave us peace of mind that we knew the name of the taxi driver and put her mind at rest...
