Thanks for your feedback on packaging. We are sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged, thank you for getting in touch and confirming you would like a refund. We do still use sturdy tubes for prints and posters that are able to however we could not do this with the particular item you ordered. As mentioned in my email, I have passed on your comments to our warehouse team so we can look into how we can minimise damage to prints while on their way to you.
