Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry that you order was delayed, it left our warehouse on the third working day after your order was placed however the courier had 2 failed delivery attempts on the fourth and fifth working day after placing your order.
We can see from our tracking that you have now received your order and would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
