We are sorry to hear that one of your glasses has arrived broken, unfortunately this can occasionally occur with glass items in transit.
We can find no record of you contacting our Web Team to advise of this issue, if you can email us at enquiries@taskersgroup.co.uk they would be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent out, a trip to store is not required.
First time using this company. Excellent service. Easy to order (Christmas tree stand). Delivery very quick by DPD, with an option to rearrange delivery date if required. Will be using this company...

Originally sent wrong mirror which was cracked. No problems with new mirror and Taskers customer service resolved the issue efficiently.

Thank you for your review, we are sorry to hear you order did not proceed as expected. Your order was delayed due to a stock error we didn't have stock of an item and were trying to locate it., unfortunately in this instance we were unable to obtain the item and a full refund was issued.
These errors are rare but unfortunately do happen every now and then and we always strive to keep our customers informed of the status of their order and we apologise if this did not happen throughout this order.
