Because of Covid-19 the property owners wanted to cancel. I phoned Sykes to request a refund. They promised to look into it and get back to me. One year later and I have heard nothing from Sykes....

I couldn't get hold of Sykes to discuss issues with the property.
There were a couple of issues with the property but I couldn't get through to Sykes to discuss it with them.
