Hi,
Thanks for using Switchcraft and for taking the time to leave us a review.
We ask for a mobile number as this is required by the energy suppliers we work with in order to process a switch.
Where a smartphone is required, we indicate this clearly and I can see that the supplier you've chosen to switch to is not a 'smartphone app only' supplier. Your new supplier will contact you by email about your switch.
