Hi there Leeann,
Thanks for using Switchcraft and for taking the time to leave us a review.
You signed up with us on the 4th April, so you can expect the switch to your new (cheaper) supplier: PFP Energy, to execute in the next three weeks. As you are moving onto a fixed tariff for the next year, when your new plan is within its last 7 weeks we will automatically switch you which will avoid any exit fees being processed and put you on the cheapest tariff for that coming year.
