Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback which we are always grateful to receive, with regards to your comments, unfortunately our lettings team were not made aware of the initial viewing as the current tenant was an acquaintance of yours, had we known of the viewing we would of course accompanied.
Our property check-ins are prearranged with an independent inventory company at a time to suit yourself on the move in day and do require the time slot to be adhered to, unfortunately we are unable to provide assistance with moving of items or transport to the property.
