1st delivery attempt did not materialise as apparently item went to wrong despatch warehouse! due to be delivered between 8am and 1pm, spent my Friday waiting for item only to be told it was in wrong...
Excellent so far and very helpful. Nice to talk to a UK company with UK engineers in the UK!

I have had a new pump from them that I had to strip the base off to get it to work. Very poor show! they asked me to use a screw driver to release the impellor!?

We apologise for the inconvenience, you did not need to take the base off, just simply spinning the impellor for a second resolves it as we explained on phone. This only happens to 1-1000+ pumps sold and unfortunately was you on this occasion.

Hi, Not everybody requires one of these if they are replacing their existing pump, we don't want to incur unnecessary costs to the pump. Hence this being optional.
