No instructions with bin had to phone two or three eventually got info by email. All that should have been included with order.

Ordering and delivery speed were excellent but the packaging was atrocious. The feeble box collapsed when picked up and the heavy pump and fittings were rattling around inside the sump tank...

Good communications all through the process. They did not send the full order though, and had to be prompted to send the sensor unit. There was no quibbling, and I received the missing part the next...

Great, quick service as last time I used them and very helpful and responsive on the phone. Did have a problem with delivery but responded brilliantly to remedy the issue
