Hi David,

After speaking with your Account Manager Louise, I am advised that unfortunately the Cleaner left whilst she was on annual leave. I am aware that we did get this covered for you on the Monday. There was also a Cover Cleaner in last week for a couple of days and our Managers also pitched in to clean the site. We hopefully have a permanent Cleaner starting this week. Louise will be on site tomorrow morning to speak with you regarding this and provide a further update.
