Delivery as promised

Would have given 5 stars but delivery was 6 days which is a long time nowadays. I think it's because Royal Mail are used which are a bit of a slow train compared to other companies.

I have always had excellent service. There is someone helpful at the end of the telephone to help if things go awry. If I have a query they go the extra mile to try & resolve it straight away.
