Not good didn't get product advertised and had different instructions sheet to product, customer service not helpful and had to refund customer out if my own pocket. Not good won't be using again

As per our extended email and phone conversation, there was one feature of this product that the manufacturer could not guarantee, so we immediately notified you of it and have removed this feature from our website, and at the same time we offered to take the products back for a full refund if they are not what you need. Also, regarding the instructions sheet, since the manufacturer didn't provide one with more specifications, we couldn't provide you with one either. Again, apologies for any inconvenience.

The ordering process was very straightforward and the item arrived swiftly, well wrapped and exactly as described. No complaints at all, would use sparks direct again.
