i made an enquiry for the product i was interested in purchasing and didn't recieve a reply and had to take the gamble to buy the item and hope it was as expected.
i felt the delivery charge was too...

However, we are happy that the item you purchased is the item you need. As you have noticed, we are doing our best to make sure even such small items get to the delivery address with no problem (they are well packed). As for the delivery charge, it is a standard charge for next-day delivery; however, if the order is over £100 + VAT, this charge is waived. We hope this helps.
Ordered some spotlights, cheapest I could find for fireproof and waterproof ones. Items arrived promptly and we're perfectly packaged.
Website could do with a makeover though.

Delivery was quicker than estimated and product was at a good competitive price.
The service was OK, but the internal seal on the base plate was damaged on 4 of the 6 units purchased. This is not Sparks fault but the manufacturer of the item during assembly.
