Hi John, thank you for your feedback; as per our email conversation, we shipped these items on the same day you ordered them, and the courier attempted to deliver them the very next day. The parcel was received and signed for by someone at the location, and all the details were passed on to you. We hope this helps. We appreciate your feedback.

Dear John, thank you for your feedback, which also leaves us a bit puzzled - since you say that you haven't received them, and yet you write a review about them. Maybe now that you have these sockets in your hands you can leave an honest review concerning their quality and function :)
Very good, except to say that you were out of stock which delayed delivery by a couple of days. However, this was not a problem
