Hi John, thank you for taking your time to review us. As per our email conversation, unfortunately we do not have the facility to pick up the faulty item from you, but we can fully refund you for the postage when sending the faulty item back.
Also, regarding the replacement of this item, we do not have the facility to test it here in our showroom, but once the manufacturer tests it and gives us the green light, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with our procedures, but we think they are fairly reasonable and according to the current standards for selling at distance.
