I was disappointed that the "click & collect" option did not offer alternative location to collect items from. Other sites do this.
The swicth I purchased was of good quality & price.
Dimmer unit was faulty but Sparks online team immediately sent a replacement - no quibbling, no need to return the faulty unit. New one arrived promptly and works fine.

product and value are good but delivery poor - driver failed to leave a card and failed to put the package in the box i had left for that purpose
