you sent me a part that is second hand and broken, charged a silly price for post and now i have to pay to send it back !!!!

We are sorry to hear concerning this, especially since, from our side, we did our best to send you the item again (the first time you put in the incorrect address, so you requested that it be sent again, which we did). The items we sell are brand new, we don't sell open or used items, and if by mistake in the transport something happened, as per our online orders policy, we are more than glad to replace the faulty items provided you email us at sales@sparksdirect.co.uk. Since we didn't receive any email or call from you, we assumed that everything is fine. We are hoping you will get in touch with us regarding the replacement of this item and that this situation will be sorted out in the best possible way.

thank you for the review. Please note: this dimmer is NOT suitable for dimming LED lights. The dimmer should be working fine with all other dimmable lighting sources. If the dimmer doesn't work, please send us an email and we can arrange a replacement.
