I bought a Konro BBQ for my daughter and her partner. The service was great. Ordered at 6:30 am on a Tuesday and delivered to Falmouth by lunchtime on the next day! Can’t argue with that.

The item was ordered on Saturday and readied for dispatch on the Monday, unfortunately due to a significant incident at the DPD depo used by our company they were unable to collect the items on time and the incident meant a significant volume of parcels entering the depo which took longer to manage. I am sorry that we were not able to deliver on the Tuesday as should have been the case, this was sadly a situation outside of ours and our carrier control.
