We're glad that everything ran smoothly for you.  Unfortunately flight delays can happen for you, but we do our best to adapt and get passengers on the next available bus transfer.  Similarly, road closures happen in the mountains and we work around it as best we can...it makes thing difficult, but we do the best we can in these situations. I will speak to the driver of your transfer from Geneva airport about the speed of their driving. The drivers do their best to complete the journeys to the planned timings, but of course we want you to feel completely comfortable on you journeys - and we will ensure that this happens in the future...
