We would like to confirm that these are 3-ply "LEVEL-2" surgical-grade face masks that do feature an inner poly layer, which does not allow moisture to penetrate through the mask. An illustration of this is featured on the product listing's description tab. We also have a fun video we can show you, where we show the 3 layers of the mask, and have a demonstration of pouring a bottle of water directly onto the mask to show how the water 100% does not penetrate the mask.
