Really good service from Emily to find and book a great holiday. Very frustrated at lack of after sales response where no one picked up my repeated phone calls as you were so busy

Answer the telephones and more quickly, one member of staff is very impatient unfortunately. After sales however is very good.

Very smooth
Prompt helpful service with a suitable holiday - when I the asked about adding an extra person Mark then spent an hour and a half
with Ingram’s to get the information very promptly. All very easy.
