Very helpful and available to support when needed. although was told I'd get a refund for day of ski lessons they couldn't provide and have not heard back after a month. Seems like a game of chinese...

Some staffcan be unhelpful
One person refused to give us the discount that our club had agreed with them and just wanted to get off the phone
